Although only a small percentage of weddings are held in the winter, there are still many great ways to make your event sparkle! My favorite is the Winter Wonderland theme. Using crystal, silver, and white is the best way to pull off this effect. You may also want to add in some ice blue or tiffany blue with lighting, attire, and linens. For centerpieces, using white florals and branches are a great option. You can also hang crystals from the branches. For your chairs, I recommend using the Chivari ICE chairs. They are clear and look great for a winter wonderland setup!
Some other options are sprinkling in green or red if you are going for a holiday theme. You have to be careful when using reds/greens though because you do not want to overdo it. 
Another suggestion that I have is using shimmery olive green for your maid's dresses and deep, dark red flowers with some crystal accents for the bouquets for some added bling!
