Oaklands Historic House Museum grounds and visitor center are available for private functions AFTER 4:30 P.M. The grounds may be available during museum hours with approval of Oaklands Historic House Museum. By hosting/participating in an event at Oaklands, you and your guests have given permission for any photographs or videos taken to be used in Oaklands publications.
In order to maintain the historical integrity of Oaklands Historic House Museum, the following guidelines must be followed. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the forfeit of your damage/cleaning deposit. Oaklands Historic House Museum will be glad to furnish you with additional copies for your caterer, florist, or event planner. Please read carefully to avoid any misunderstandings. We look forward to working with you on your event.
Due to fire codes, the maximum capacity of Maney Hall at Oaklands is 150 seated and 200 standing. Oaklands reserves the right to contact the fire marshal if maximum capacity is exceeded.

Maney Hall rental includes:
- Grand Ball Room
- Tables and Chairs
- Portable Bar
- Audio/Visual Equipment
- Catering Kitchen
- Storage Area/Coat Room
- Hallway
- Restrooms
- Front Porch of Visitors Center
The staff offices, gift shop and the presentation room will be locked and unavailable.
Groups larger than 110 will require valet parking at the lessee's expense. Valet service must be approved by Oaklands and a copy of insurance provided. Valet service must be approved by Oaklands and a copy of insurance provided.
There is no bridal or groom changing room available at this facility.
Grounds rental includes:
- Front lawn of the mansion
- Parking lot available for frame tents only. (Stakes will not be allowed in the pavement)
- Due to the underground irrigation system tenting of the grounds will need prior approval for specific locations.
- Access to exterior electrical outlets located at the visitor center and the mansion.
- Groups larger that 110 will require valet parking at the lessee's expense. Valet service must be approved by Oaklands and a copy of insurance provided. Valet service must be approved by Oaklands and a copy of insurance provided.
(Visitors center and restrooms will be locked and unavailable unless rented separately).
- Rental of Maney Hall is required for groups of 40 or more.
